OOPS: She did it again... and again and again

Well Brit I was rooting for you and I still think your new song has some wheels but last night was embarrassing and you know it! I still wish the best for you anyway. The VMA's were great fun last night and I have to admit that it was good to see Tommy Lee take a punch. He always seems to have it coming and Kid Rock delivered. Just another MTV event:)) Peace Out and Love from Celebrity Wire. Sphere: Related Content

YouTube is such a great place BUT....

Wouldn't YouTube be even better if so many users were not stealing other peoples content and music and identities. I always enjoy looking at innovative videos made by budding film makers. I enjoy the sexy and the funny and unusual, but what I really hate are thieves. There is a tremendous cost and time and sweat to create new content. Believe me I know; as we do it everyday! But there are always people that just don't care about the copyrighted content of others. Youtube was founded on this great concept and notion of personal innovation and community; not on copyright theft. It's still a great place but I wonder if it is now out of control??? Some videos are mild and flagged or summarily removed and others are hard core and keep going. It's a strange place and I haven't figured it out myself as of yet. I will say that if you want to see some really great videos that are innovative then visit "Current TV", a site founded by Al Gore. It's an amazing journey to see all the talented young film gurus on that site. But the communication and forum on all these types of sites is really good for everyone in an open society and democracy. That's my thought for the day and I am always interested in yours? Is Britney really coming back: Maybe Yeah!

Britney Spears life has been full of bad news, but maybe she is in for a turn. Her new album with Jive records is looking pretty good. Her new song "Gimme More" Click Here to Listen is likely to be a hit! So whether you like her or hate her; she still has talent and she still can sing and that's what it's all about for her career in the end. I always hope for the best outcome when someone is having a tough time and and she sure is going through a very rough patch. So good luck Britney and remember your children come first! What do you Think??

Who let Vick out: Who Who?

Here's an interesting scenerio: I am going to give you 130 million dollars, fame, total celebrity and treatment and a wonderful life. What are you going to do for me and your gifts from God and society in return? How about executing a few innocent animals; that's a good idea? What could Michael Vick be thinking or do I even want to know what he thinks or why he thinks the way he does? Maybe I am just better off not knowing or seeing this person ever again and maybe that's exactly what the NFL should do; banish him for life! What is it about some people that is so self destructive that they would do atrocious and horrible things we continue to see in the news everyday. At Celebrity Wire we know a lot of very talented, kind generous and of course egotistical celebrities. But most of them have a good sense of their life and the gifts they have been given and the meaning of it all. Not Michael Vick! Michael Vick showed through animals what an animal he can be. It's far more than destructive or embarrassing or silly; it is cruel in the worst way. In fact it is fair to call Michael Vick an animal Nazi. He is a horror to his profession and the Atlanta Falcons and the NFL and he is very likely to go to jail for less time than he deserves. Now the question is that once he does his time and people forget for awhile will he be able to get back into the NFL like Mike Tyson did with boxing. Well I hope not and I have heard a lot of people echoing that sentiment lately. It's a joke when people mention this is a racial issue. It really does not matter if Michael Vick is black, white, green, red or purple. It does not matter what his religion is or who his friends are. This is just not a racial or personal issue at all. It sure doesn't matter to me. I wouldn't care if he was my cousin; I would still have the same shameful opinion. People keep saying "I wish I could understand what he was thinking" I say it is better not to ask that question because if you could understand what Michael Vick was thinking then there is probably something wrong with you. I hope Michael Vick changes his lifestyle. I hope Michael Vick repents for what he has done and all the lives he has hurt or killed. I also hope I never see this guy on a football field again or at a celebrity function or anywhere but the back page of some forgotten news. He is not fit to be called a celebrity ever again. Do you think maybe I have a strong opinion about this one? :) What do you think????? Sphere: Related Content

Should celebrities suffer too?

Sean Hannity asked the question the other night: a. Should Al Gore have four homes and talk about global warming? b. Should Leonardo DiCaprio talk about the environment and fly around in private jets, and etc. etc.? Then there are the inevitable current jokes about poor Sheryl Crowe trying to help the world by suggesting we use less toilet paper. I guess one sheet was too little to contemplate for most people:)) Sean did say he didn't give a darn and that if he had the money that he would have his own jets and limos too! What's the matter Sean Hannity? Don't they pay you well enough at Fox News?

Well here's the answer: If you are a success, it is not something to be ashamed of at all. I say you should enjoy it as most people do. Of course God Bless Warren Buffet as the best example of 35 billion dollars of moderation that even I could not match. Nonetheless, it is easy to enjoy the trappings of celebrity and to do nothing else. Nobody requires people to care or to help others. They do it because they want to. Al Gore, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sheryl Crowe and many other stars and political luminaries give tirelessly of their time and effort and money because they care. It's that simple: they really do care. Are their lives contrary to what they suggest others do? OK, the answer is yes. But that does not mean that they are required to give millions of their own money, or work daily to inspire others so that our children and grandchildren will have a better world. In fact many of these "Famous Angels" are the inspiration for a generation of giving that has expanded beyond any expectation and has made the United Sates the most generous givers in the world. Let's admit it: There would be no telethons, charity concerts, public awareness or many government assistance programs without the help of celebrities. Bono rides on private planes and has a great life and he has also helped an entire continent of children and people with aids.

So here's the bottom line: I say to those fortunate enough to have celebrity success to please enjoy it and in addition I give kudos and much thanks to those of you that care enough to help others everyday. Many people could not live at all without you and you don't have to give up your good life to do Gods work. God Bless!

That's my opionion. What's yours? Sphere: Related Content
